[DNS] Advertising on AUNIC - Competitive neutrality?

What is the deal with the Net Registry banner adds throughout the Aunic site?

An HTML link stating sponsorship is fine but when a bloody great
banner ad comes up for Net Registry comes up on a simple AUNIC name
search (and on the aunic front page and on...etc) that is taking the
cake.....

It was interesting that it was first a simple HTML but now? Was this
a case of testing the water to judge the reaction?

Is there a copy of the Net Registry auDA agreement anywhere that can
be accessed? Transparency issues seem to require it to be available
to the public.

Surely auDA is meant to be Competitive neutral?

Any thoughts on this? I cannot be the only one with an issue about it....
