The conversation that goes on in here is more immature than you'd hear
in a school yard (although sometimes slightly more witty) and in a
defamation suit the comments would be viewed in that context.

So maybe they would be defamatory if they were published in a daily
newspaper but the way insults are thrown around like candy on this
list you'd have Buckley's of getting a claim to stand.

In my opinion, if you're not tough enough to cop an insult on the
chin without running off like a woos to your solicitor, you shouldn't
be posting to this list.

I also find it absolutely hilarious that people are more than happy
to sling shit but when they cop it on the rebound they cry foul.
