First there's a commotion because MIT didn't terminate ING's status as a
reseller.

Now there's a commotion when they did just that and told affected
registrants about it.

Damned if you do etc.

So all the customers that were "confused" when ING sent them their "renewal 
advice" will now be receiving these.. joy o joy, more phone calls from 
annoyed customers. How embarrasing is this for our profession?
