a further note :

As Internet Registry's last mail out was deceptive making consumers think
that Melbourne-IT disappeared from the face of the earth, Melbourne IT's
last mail out is as deceptive making consumers think ING/IRA/<insert your
reseller name here> disappeared from the face of the earth.
So are we playing a game of " you hit me I hit you" here ?

Furthermore, when Melbourne-IT had the monopoly they never cared about
sending mail outs to warn consumers ( they did mail out in fact, but for
commercial gain only ), now that their business is at high risk, they
suddenly get trigger happy with the "mail out" thing..
It is easy to suspect that resellers would wet their pants and go ahead with
any abusive reseller pricing having the threat of " customers kidnapping"
over their head, that's a good easy way to keep a monopoly ( or try to ), if
you ask me ...

This is not an accusation, it is simple logic. And there is always the
benefit of the doubt...

Hang on, that means that if you change registrar, it's going to happen to
you too ? your clients are going to get that ?
That e-mail doesn't give any reason why it is being sent.. I guess that if
there was a justification like " ING were not doing business according to
the rules" or something like that , it wouldn't look suspicious... So
without justification you can logically conclude that any reseller that will
terminate a reseller agreement with Melbourne IT is going to have its
clients kidnapped by receiving a nice e-mail ...

Am I right ?
