As previously stated by Rod Keys:  "Mr.C.Disspain has looked at our doc and
was clear it was not misleading."


Do you mean :
Mr Chris Disspain, CEO of auDA ( .au self regulated Administration ) agreed
that you could use the subject marketing material and mass mail .au
registrants that have had no previous dealings with "Domain Names Discount
Services" ?

If this is not what you meant, please clarify as i wouldn't want to be
making baseless accusations.
