What I find great is people coming out of the woodwork to fire off
mindless sarcasm, which only seeks to completely undermine a valid
criticism. Instead of sympathising and agreeing with the substance of
the email, one is overwhelmed by the grade-school theatrics and starts
to question what the author's real agenda is.
