I am not sure which DNS list this is occuring on.

I have seen no postings or comments on this type of thing for over 6 months on 
any of the InternetNZ lists (.nz ccTLD manager) or NZNOG.

Office of the Domain Name Commissioner (www.dnc.org.nz) has made no comments or 
annoucements either.
