You seem to miss the point completely.  Membership of auDA is not a private club.  Such an organisation should have these policies in place.  You do not disagree with this assertion but rather take the argument on a tangent that I am unnecessarily raising these matters and rather I should just forward an application.

You fail to address the key issue.  

Please check out the ACCC report which supports a number of my submissions.  This was filed some days later.  Check under the policy portion of the auda site.  

You may have a valid point with the id.au argument for bankrupts.  However, ownership of other domains should be cancelled.  As for your views on an auDA watching service it may be that there are enough reserves to put in place such a measure without increasing costs to domain owners.

I am not familiar with the state of auDA's finances although I did read a media report that suggested significant funding had been obtained due to the numer of registrations in Australia.
