What I should have said:
I don't know what I am missing, but how is the way they conducted
business any different from Internet Registrations Australia? Aptly
shortened to IRA.

I have at least 1 client that believes they have a 10 year registration
for a .com.au, and have had to explain to many others about the dodgy
characters that operate within this industry. It is hard to explain to
somebody the service you are providing for a fraction of the cost is
better than that of these charlotens.
