In the case of AUNIC, check out
	http://www.aunic.net/copyright.html

At the top of AUNIC query web pages there is a message like
Before using this form, you must read: AUNIC Copyright and Terms of Use
with a link to copyright.html.

But if you want to know about spamming policy in Australia, you might
be better off looking at www.noie.gov.au.

Soon (with the new competitive registrar regime) auDA should be in a
position where it is contractually "in the loop" like Domainz is.
