The point (as far as I can see) is the statement that the registry key is
required for renewal.  This is a false and misleading statement. 

Despite the ACCC action against IRA, these people are still blatantly
misleading consumers.

Well this email is ok if it's to people who have paid... At least some of
those people who have fallen into paying the mail notices may get what
