Personally the only thing that may be misleading about selling hostnames
under domains such as au.com or au.biz is if the terminology used is
incorrect.  They are hostnames being sold and not domain names as a
rule.  Also a lot of them do not allow for full delegation of the fully
qualified domain (hostname.domain.name).  So the license is usually
restricted more than for a domain under a gTLD or ccTLD.
