ERESOLUTION DROPS OUT AS ICANN UDRP PROVIDER
EResolution announced on Friday that is no longer accepting
new ICANN UDRP cases.  The company cites lack of business
due to forum shopping and bias concerns for the move.  The
news is very troubling since it shows the anticompetitive
effects of forum shopping -- allow complainants to pick
their provider and you end up with less competition because
