CLASS ACTION SUIT LAUNCHED AGAINST ICANN & NEULEVEL
ICANN, Neulevel (the dot-biz registrar), and a series of
registrars who sell dot-biz domains have been hit with a
class action lawsuit.  The suit alleges that the dot-biz
registration process is an unfair and deceptive trade
practice in violation of the California Business &
Professions Code because it is running as an illegal

WHILE TROUBLE WITH NEW.NET MAY BE BREWING
Counsel to New.net has sent ICANN a letter demanding that it
retract "defamatory and libelous statements" contained in
recent ICANN public statements.  The letter suggests that a
