Whether they're an industry joke or a serious contender, a group of
maverick Inter net name sellers is about to have their day.

A clash with the exist ing, largely unrecognised, .biz regis try became
inevitable with the announcement that Melbourne IT and a joint venture
NeuLevel, formed with US partner NeuStar Inc., had the go-ahead to start

selling .biz domain names. NeuLevel's .biz names will be available for
use from about October.
