Only those people who insist on using the DNS as a directory service
will have problems. People who treat DNS like a telephone number
(i.e. a name you are given, not a name you guess) will have no
problems and companies will find it easier to get a name which
properly labels their business.

I expect that more 2LDs will make DNS even less useful as a
directory service than it is today, and by implication reduce
this misuse.
