[DNS] Paul Twomey announces departure from ICANN

Hi all,

Some of you will be interested to know Paul Twomey, ICANN CEO &
President, has announced he will not be seeking to renew his contract
with ICANN when it comes up for renewal on July 1, 2009. He will stay
on for an additional 6 months and leave the organisation at the end of
2009.
