which one "20 per hour". Actually if you do 19 it
doesn't trigger the blacklist function. Say a steady
stream 1 query every 8 minutes.

The Domain Availability tool only says if a domain is
available or not. Not much good if someone is using
say enetica's domain sentry and the domain is
registered 2 seconds after being released. 

Of course the alternative and probably much simpler
method is that someone like webcity becomes a customer
of all the other registrars and receives their list of
pending delete domains on a daily basis. I presume
most registrars offer this service I know mine do.
