Maybe this time you need to tell me in simple format what most of your email
means.

Oh and No I wont take legal action for the amount of $730 I have already
wasted enough of my time on it, and my time is a lot more profitable not
sitting in a courtroom.

So if there is nothing else that you have to say that's worthwhile, how
about you drop this blabber your going on with...... I cant really see what
it has achieved, nor will achieve if it continues.

Regards,

Adam Matthews

P.S. I think I know the reason you keep replying, because you take the time
out to stalk me over the Internet because you have f*$^ all else to do.
Right?

Adam,

"it would not be unreasonable to think that Jim's domain problem
could be caused by some other problems in the Planet Domain system"

Thats an interesting conclusion given that the domain was stated as being
registered through Bottle Domains, who run their own system of renewal
reminders.

"where they took credit that YES I was rightfully entitled to and now they
won't reinstate".

If that credit was a result of your hard work as stated in the article at

http://www.abc.net.au/westernplains/stories/s1161799.htm

that you even "work through the night",

( By the way did the ABC researcher state this as a fact based on actual
observation, or
was that only based on what you told her? )

I am amazed that you have not initiated some type of legal action against
Planet Domain
to recover this amount of $730, or at the very least reported your
allegations to relevant
authorities such as AUDA, so that the relevant authorities may take action
to investigate
your stated issue.

Are you planning to take action against Planet Domain as above?

If not, why not?

It seems that a lack of money has not been the reason for your so far
apparently
not taking any legal action against Planet Domain to recover the money that
you state
Planet Domain "took" from you, as no lesser authority than the ABC has
stated in July 2004
that you were "already halfway to making a fortune."

  Barry,

The relevance is simple and I believe I had already answered this. There
are
errors in the Planet Domain system, which they have admitted to, I put an
example up to show some of the errors, the one being where they took
credit
that YES I was rightfully entitled to and now they wont reinstate. So if
there are problems with areas of the planet domain system, also shown in
other examples that I have posted, then it would not be unreasonable to
think that Jim's domain problem could be caused by some other problems in
the Planet Domain system(if he was using it, and since he did refer to it,
it wouldn't be unreasonable to assume so), understand this now, Barry?
  Simple enough for you?

  Regards,

  Adam Matthews

  Adam,

Thanks for finally answering the 1st question.

If I were to accept your answer as true I could only express sympathy at
the 19 out of 20, ( 95% ) failure rate of receiving replies to your emails
  from Planet Domain.

Especially as my own experience with Planet Domain has been so differerent
with 100% of emails answered for a period of over 3 years.

Any chance of a reply to the 2nd question?

  Please see copy below.

"So are you saying that the $500 credit stated in your reseller account
was
  correct
  at the time or incorrect?

If it was correct are you saying that Planet Domain "stole" $730 that you
  were
rightfully entitled to and had generated / earned through your business as
a
  reseller?

Re - your statement: "whilst continuing to put Planet in the spotlight on
  something
I am sure they don't want everyone hearing."

Some people on this list may judge by the time its taking you to state
some
  simple
facts / answers in relation to your allegations that its you rather than
  Planet Domain
that does not want the facts to be "in the spotlight".

I have invited you to state the specific facts ( if any ) of your
  allegations against
Planet Domain so that we can all be aware of the facts.

Possibly I am not as intelligent as you are as I am still finding it very
  hard to
understand how a balance issue in your reseller account with Planet Domain
sometime in the last 2 years had any relevance with Jim's domain name
  renewal
issue through Bottle Domains and subsequent domain name transfer issue,
and Jim's request for help / advice.

Maybe you can clarify the relevance for us all in simple language so we
can
  all understand.

    Barry,

Would it help to tell you that 19 emails over a period of 20 months went
    unnoticed?

Also I don't see how can you say everything I have said is fiction.
Simply
because you want it to be?

I do believe it was you telling everybody on this list to keep it for
  useful
    purposes?

I merely stated to Jim that his problem may have been caused by Planet
  since
their reseller system has been causing problems to accounts (and they
  admit
it). Then you take this on some big mucho stunt to get some publicity
(blowing it way out of proportion) whilst continuing to put Planet in
the
spotlight on something I am sure they don't want everyone hearing.

    Give it a break Barry.

    Adam,

Thats a rather odd reply to the 2 simple questions inviting
you to state the specific facts relevant to your experience
    with Planet Domain.

This is now the 2nd time you have missed the opportunity
to tell us all the answer to the 1st question

"How many emails exactly would you say that you and your staff
sent to Murray Kester over a period of 2 years?"

Are you going to answer this question and the 2nd question
or were your earlier statements about Planet Domain providing
a bad level of service to you as a reseller complete fiction?

If so it was rather rude of you to waste all our time with an
opportunistic, unfounded tirade against Planet Domain.

If what you stated earlier has any basis in truth, those 2 questions
should be very easy for you to answer.

This is your 3rd opportunity to state the facts.

Are you going to state some facts in reply to my 2 questions or
    avoid answering again?

    Regards
    Barry Armstrong

        Barry,

I have had no problems with Bottle at all. And am not disputing that
    their
        system is great.

I think the main problem with the Planet system was in inaccurate
      accounting
data it provided. We at one stage had $500 credit in our account,
the
    next
we had -$230. The guy in charge of coding the system admitted that
  there
      was
a problem, yet did nothing to rectify the problems I had, telling me
  for
some reason that he couldn't give me domains for free, not sure how
he
      came
to the conclusion that we would have domains for free, but not much
  else
      he
        said made ay sense either.

It is not just I that has problems with the system I am sure, the
guy
  I
spoke to admitted that there were numerous problems with the system.
    Also
whilst renewing a domain name recently the system decided to renew
it
    for
two years, as opposed to the one that I specified and charged me for
    both,
      I
didn't even bother following this up because I would know I would
get
    the
same response as before "we know there are problems, but we wont do
      anything
to fix the current issue" and it was only going to waste more of my
    time.
      I
think the example of me not bothering to do anything is reason to
    believe
that the problems are indeed plentiful. I can assure you that if you
    were
      in
my position you would not be satisfied with the level of service you
  had
        received.

        Regards,

        Adam Matthews

        Adam,

I think you will find that Bottle Domains uses their own system for
sending out renewal reminder emails to their customers so Planet
Domain really had no possible involvement in sending out renewal
reminder emails anyway in this case.

You can ask Bottle Domains if you want to confirm this.

Re - your statement: "considering the past issues that I have had
with
        the planet system."

Would you like to enlighten us all with some specific examples of
your
experience re the service provided to you by Planet Domain apart
from
    your
        statement that

"Murray Kester our "Account Manager" never replies to any emails or
        questions we have."

It appears from your statement above and the use of the words
"never"
and "we" that Murray has not replied to a single one of any of the
emails sent by you or any of your staff for the whole period of 2
  years
that you have been a reseller with Planet Domain.

If you can confirm for us all the truthfulness of your statement
above
I am sure we would all be very interested and probably amazed by the
level of service you have received.

How many emails exactly would you say that you and your staff
sent to Murray Kester over a period of 2 years?
