You could have just put
	zone "COM" { type delegation-only; };
	zone "NET" { type delegation-only; };
in your config file, rather than applying delegation-only to every
TLD except de, lv, museum, us, ...

But for the moment the point is moot because Verisign withdrew their
wildcard last weekend after ICANN insisted it be withdrawn.
