a business name with an ABN?

Surely only a Company or an Individual can have the ABN associated?
the Business Name is just a trading name, isn't it? how can he offload the
ABN?

If he Can't offload the ABN with the Business Name, then who does the domain
then belong to?
the new Business Name holder, who will have a new ABN?

Does the domain name travel with the trading name, or the ABN?
