I lodge my formal complaint under the Commonwealth Privacy Act with respect to the unauthorised distribution of a complete list of domains registered to James Guy with ausregistry.

I require an ackowledgment that my complaint is being handled and the time frame in which it will be resolved within 24 hours or a complaint will be filed with the Federal Privacy Commissioner.

It is time the policy was determined on this issue.
