As a Board Member do you not have a responsibility to raise matters that have been discussed on the DNS list that are relevant to auda's operations.

Further, why is the Meeting not available for the press and other interested individuals to attend.

Further, why is a transcript of the meeting not produced.  

I can only assume that these matters have been raised in the past 8 years of operation.  There must be reasons that you are aware of suggesting a decison to decide otherwise.

It should not be a closed forum.
