Subject: [DNS] Investigation of alleged misuse of AUNIC by Netregistry

I have had a matter raised with me regarding an alleged misuse of the
AUNIC database.

Approximately a 18 months ago alleged misuse of the Aunic database by
Netregistry was reported to auDA. It is alleged that this matter was
raised at the time with Chris Disspain.

While I have no clue whatsoever about the nature of this business I
forward this question as proxy.

Questions for the CEO of auDA:

1 Did you ever say to the effect that you would ensure that Netregistry
would never become a registrar while you were "at the healm"?

2. What was the nature of the complaint?

3. How was the complaint investigated.

4. Was evidence of the investigation presented to the Board for
determination?

5. Were the findings made public and if not why not?

6. What were the findings of the investigation?

Kind regards

James Guy
