Directed at the issue, not at an individual:

Surely, once successful, an organistion would like to keep a fixed set of
outside contractors, with experience with their particular situation, rather
than re-educating the cheapest on the list every time there was call to
argue something in court, or get something drafted.

It makes no sense. If this has to happen, the amount of red tape will
strangle AuDA, and we'll be left with no body to govern.

Directed at individuals
If you identify a problem, propose a solution, and put forward both.
If the solution causes greater problems than the problem it solves, then its
not worthwhile.

-My 2 cents for Wednesday.

It is simply good policy and if raised as an issue for an organisation of
this type it should be discussed by member.

I have proposed auDA as being a suitable organisation for a legal panel
mechanism with a transparent and accountable appointment system if one does
not already exist.

What are your grounds for disputing this proposal.

Kind regards

James Guy
