I have a few domains with Enetica and never had problems (so far) pardon my
cynicism.

Although I don't use them as a reseller, I've registeed a couple of domains
via Enetica because of their 24/7 registration policy and have never had web
hosting options pushed on me at anytime. I've also never heard of them doing
this.
