Here, here.  I agree totally. This "mistake" has cost me one days lost
productivity, and may even continue on for a few more.

Will Melb IT accept an invoice from me for my lost productivity and
wages to deal with THEIR mistake?  
Can I invoice MelbIT for all our lost business ??  Some people will not
bother calling us and just go with what the notice says.

Melbourne IT have done this in the past, these "mistakes" are NOT
tolerated and should never occur.

We await Melbourne IT's prompt response and solution.. So far it has
been unacceptable..
