And nowhere does it say you can't.  It does say that you cannot sell the
domain name as such, but that is not your gripe. auDA is not in the position
of prescribing how you operate your business, unless your are in the domain
name industry at some level.

You are attempting to ascribe to auDA a responsibility it doesn't have - and
shouldn't have.
