Domain Names Australia snail-mail spam?

Anyone else get a snail-mail spam from Domain Names Australia" this week?

Given that they're trying to flog (with the usual FUD[1]) the .com
equivalent of an existing .com.au domain name, I suspect it's highly
likely that they're working from .com.au registration data.

Any speculation on the circumstances of this?
