Why have a status information system if it is NOT correct ????

The main page says;

Current Registry System Status:
ALL SYSTEMS ARE FUNCTIONAL


But when I try to do a password recovery, I get;

Recover Password
Sending Domain Name Password for oneofmydomains.net.au to 
me§domain.net.au... FAILED


And I tried Multiple domains....

So now I wait....Hmmm...
