Doesn't this beg the question: why did auDA bother with having registrars? At the 
moment the average domain buyer has up to four shysters taking a clip - auDA, 
AusRegistry, Registrars, and Resellers. Would it not have been more efficient to have 
eliminated the Registrars at least?
