There is only one thing more frustrating that not being able to get a
problem resolved; and that is not being given the opportunity to complain
about it!!!

I have been trying to get a .net.au domain redelegated (with MelbourneIT)
since last Wednesday. So far nothing. My emails go unanswered. My phone
calls are disconnected due to a "high volume of calls".

Reminds me of a company I used to work for, now I know how our customers
felt!

Is aunames§melbourneit.com.au the correct email address to be sending my
requests to?

An update - WebCentral tech support know nothing about the issue, but
the domain department know about the issue but 'don't know what has
happened' and have 'had a lot of calls regarding this', and MelbourneIT,
after the voice recording suggested I visit www.melbourneit.com.au and
'help myself' then promptly disconnected my call.

I have 2 very upset clients, and probably a handful more who have no
idea why their sites are down, and I cannot get answers from either of
the parties concerned.

Any suggestions on who my lawyer should be contacting?

Dave Hooper.
