Hmm that can't be good!

Yesterday I received Confirmation of the Payment of a Domain name
through MelbourneIT and just a few mins ago I got the email reminder
that the domain name expires in 5 days!

Hmm Well I hope it has gone through! I think I will be checking with
MelbIT.

Not a good sign though. One way to confuse customers.
