Absolutely right Kim - cheers!

This is not the responsibility of the registry - moreover we do not have
the authority to make these decisions. auDA is responsible for the rules
governing whois we just implement them!

It doesn't really answer the question :) Shouldn't resellers be
provided with these kind of services by their registrars?
