Really?  In what way?

They're a member.  You're apparently a member (and we could hardly accuse
you of towing the line ;-).  Lots of people and organisations, of various
reputations, are members.

Since when did being a member of AuDA (as distinct from being blessed as a
reigstrar or reseller)? imply any endorsement
