They simply wouldn't be able to do anything
With the amount of domain names that have allready been secured
It seems that the USA has gone "bushed" with lets go to war on any topic
that they seem fit.
So much for the Internet being self ruling, this would surely put some doubt
on it, then I suppose next, they will say well...

We own it....
