An NAF panelist has reviewed the difference between UDRP cases and
those involving the dot-biz STOP policy. The panelist notes that
dot-biz registrants will sometimes know that their registration
matches a trademark at the time of registration due to the dot-biz
advance IP Claim service and thus changing the evidence typically
