This was sorted out about 10 minutes ago (just before noon AEST),
when ns.ripe.net finished transferring a later version of com.au
which didn't have the missing domains problem.

] Looks like I'm not the only one seeing this, e.g.:
]
] $ host -t ns lowendale.com.au box2.aunic.net
] lowendale.com.au        NS      venus.planet.NET.au
] lowendale.com.au        NS      mars.planet.NET.au
] $ host -t ns lowendale.com.au ns.ripe.net
] lowendale.com.au does not exist at ns.ripe.net (Authoritative answer)
]
] This *IS* causing operational issues - people's emails are being bounced:
]
] In:  501 5.1.8 <XXXXX§YYYYY.com.au>... Domain of sender address
]      XXXXX§YYYYY.com.au does not exist
]
] Do we have an ETA for a resolution?
]
] Thanks,
] Neale.
