Hi Bruce.

The issue of multiple registrars/single registrar has been extensively
canvassed within the sector and the view has consistently been for a single
registrar.  The competition panel report provides for the possibility of
single registrars in closed 2LDs.  I understand .gov.au has the same
approach.
