An illustration, perhaps, of how getting into personal comments and
allegations can be a dangerous thing. I repeat that this list is not for
personal battles or defamatory comment.

Chris,

I will say this once and only once. Do not ever again publicly accuse me
of passing myself under the guise of an alter ego.

You offer no evidence to backup your statement and your interest in
making this point in the first place just raises questions as to whether
you have an agenda outside of the interests of this industry.

Harry

Harry,

As I have said before, this list is not to be used for comments that could
be deemed to be defamatory. Nor is it to be used for personal attacks.

"are you all resigned to the fact that Larry Bloch will just continue to
rip-off everyone and make a mockery of the industry" is a comment that could
be deemed to be defamatory. In fact, it very possibly is defamatory.

Other comments you have made fit into the same category;

"But at the same time you lied and misled people about what .au.com were"

"You are way past an honest buck"

are just a couple of examples.

You are free to make points about the industry and about problems that you
see or issues that arise. You are not free to pursue a personal vendetta
against anyone. You are not free to use words that are or could be
defamatory. Not only do you put yourself at risk (which, frankly, is your
problem) but you also put auDA at risk since we are seen to be publishing
these comments and accordingly could be liable.

Desist or I will ban you from the list as I did your alter ego.

Regards,
