Dear Chris,

I had a read of http://www.auda.org.au/docs/public-forum-report.html
and there is no mention there whatsoever of the issues I have raised.

A url showing clearly where these issues have been addressed would be
greatly appreciated.

I await your response.

Best Regards,
Harry Hoholis

Check out the Names Panel Report. All the information is there.

Yes this has been brought up before, and I have checked the
archives, but the responses were not adequate and they
talked around the issue raised, rather than addressing it
directly.

I would like a public statement from auDa as to who stands to
benefit the most from auctioning domain names.

I would like to know how it is possible that this was perceived
to be the fairest option and how this decision came about.

It is clearly an unfair process and should be seriously
reconsidered. Why not release previously generic tagged .com.au
domains in a similar fashion to the .biz release process.

You can several good points as to why not release .au this way
but I cannot see how this applies to .com.au

I await your response.

You could check the Archives....
