That is not correct. auDA was entitled not to use "Ltd" in its name
under Section 150 of the Corporations Law because it did not pay any
of its directors. When the motion was approved that auDA pay the 
independent directors, the name had to be changed to auDA Ltd.

I was there. You'll see in the minutes I seconded the resolution. 

A simple search at the Australian Securities and Investment Commission
would reveal the status and prior history of the company:

auDA isn't and never was a proprietary company.
