True enough but if they decide they *want* a .com name
then they now have an precident to follow.

Barcelona.com was probably not the appropriate choice for
the Barcelona Council either and this is further reason why
the ruling was inept. Councils and various "offical body's"
are .gov, .org, .edu etc. I would argue that thats were
you "expect to find" them .... they are not .com's for *
sake.
