They suggest .shop and .banc for banks and finanical
institutions. How does a bank become .banc? Are we
now speaking spanish or something?

I can see why network solutions (for one) wants this
as they will make a lot more money as everyone will
rush for the good ones all over again. They musr be
really peeved with the country codes getting into the
act as they are doing now (.cc,.to, .mp to name a few)
