According to the NEW IANA's web site, "all TLD administrators"[1] are required to
follow RFC 1591. The link to RFC 1591 points to a document that describes the
"Internet DNS Names Review Board (IDNB)"[2]. Can anyone answer the following
questions ?

1. Who is on the IDNB ?
2. Where can the policies and proceedings of the IDNB be found ?
3. What has been the history of the IDNB's rulings ?

Thanks,
Jim Fleming
