Yes, we just blocked the 'cc' tld from all mail and ftp traffic.

So I was bored, but they haven't responded n the time frame to have this
action avoided.

Guess they won't be sending much mail - oh and that makes their "Global"
coverage farr less than 100%.  I know of another 400 sites that will filter
the block requests over the next/last 24 hours.
