A while back I suggested that the selection process assume that
successful DNAs would want to operate within .com.au.  I suggested this
because it looked like there was a logjam developing in trying to make
the "staff" or "liquidity" requirement fit operators in low-volume
non-commercial domains vs. .com.au.

For example, I'm surprised that someone hasn't suggested that the
current $200,000 limit isn't a barrier to DNA operations in
non-commercial ADNA domains.

In any case, this list seems to be the main ADNA policy setting forum...
